In working closely with you, I will set you up with weekly running programming based on where you are currently at, how you progress, and what your goals are.

I have always struggled with running programs that take the joy out of running and often lead to burnout and/or injury. My goal is to be the supportive type of coach that helps you to fall in love with running and reach your goals while remaining injury free. We will check in weekly to assess how things are going, any new concerns, schedule changes, working around vacations, and more!

This program makes running all about you and takes away the stress of not knowing what to do next.

Running Training Program

$135/month

Add specific strength training to help reach your goals faster and avoid injury along the way. Follow along with weekly programming for both your running and strength training based on injury prevention and addressing any imbalances noticed on initial assessments.

You will still receive all the same support as offered in the running only program with the addition of a strength program that helps balance things as you progress. We will combine running training with strength to enhance muscle resilience, endurance, and form.

Whether you're a beginner aiming for your first 5K or an experienced runner seeking a personal best, this approach empowers you to tackle challenges. With ongoing support, expert advice, and community motivation, gain the confidence to achieve your running goals. Don't just run; run smart and strong!

Running & Integrated Strength Program

$50/month

A pre and postpartum strength program focused on helping women safely navigate the physical changes associated with pregnancy and motherhood. These tailored programs emphasize building core strength, improving pelvic stability, and enhancing overall fitness to support a healthy pregnancy and recovery post-birth. With my background in pelvic floor physiotherapy, I can provide guidance on safe exercises, addressing individual needs and any discomfort, ensuring that each you feel empowered and strong throughout this transformative journey. With a friendly and supportive approach, these services foster confidence and promote long-term wellness for both mother and baby.
